Atlibber is a collection of ideas and resources surrounding Science, Technology and Digital Culture and how they affect Libraries. The name is a conglomeration of the statement “Another Technology Librarian Blogger” and may sound a lot like Ad-libber. The resemblance is intentional because the emergence of digital libraries is constantly changing and challenges those who create them to be flexible and resourceful.
I am currently a librarian at Northwestern College in St. Paul, MN where I catalog, teach library instruction, liaison with academic departments, and provide reference. In August, I will assume my new position as Digital Library Manager at Bethel Univerisy, which is also in St. Paul, MN.
I invite anyone to join me in the discussion and exploration of topics surrounding the exciting field of digital libraries.
